We are seeking an experienced Electrical Quality Control Manager to join our team at The New IEM, LLC.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This role involves overseeing the quality of electrical systems, ensuring that they meet industry standards and company expectations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and controlling the quality of electrical components and assemblies
  • Investigating and resolving quality issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency and quality
  • Developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes
  • Providing training and guidance to quality control staff

A successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, with significant experience in quality control and management. They should be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control and management, preferably in the electrical industry
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, such as UL and ISO 9001
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language skills are preferred
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a climate-controlled office and shop/warehouse environment, which may involve exposure to excessive heat and cold, wet/humid conditions, noise/vibration, hazards, dust, and fumes. They must be physically able to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
