Experienced Mover

At R & D Specialized Services Inc, we're seeking a skilled and reliable individual to join our team as a Experienced Mover. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of our clients' belongings.

As a Reliable Hauling Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing friendly and positive moving experiences for our customers
• Supporting our company culture and values
• Creating strong customer relationships
• Safely driving and moving customer belongings
• Completing relevant paperwork and collecting payment
• Being on time, friendly, and safe
• Leading by example and always being a brand ambassador

We're looking for someone with:

• A valid and active driver's license
• A clean driving record
• Experience driving 20ft and/or 26ft trucks in the past 2 years
• An appreciation for customer service
• Effective communication skills
• A proven ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• A commitment to excellence
• A positive attitude in the face of adversity
• A friendly and polite personality
• Must be 25+ years old
• Must be able to safely drive small and medium-sized box trucks
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Prior moving experience
• Strong team management skills
