Insight Global is seeking an experienced Maintenance I&E Superintendent to join our agriculture client in Louisiana. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving safety every day through leadership and direction to achieve our client's safety vision, Home Safe Everyday.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the daily activities of the Instrument and Electrical Maintenance team, developing and managing work scopes for daily and weekly schedules, turnarounds, and routine outages.
- Manage emergency work to mitigate plant vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with various requirements, including SIS testing, environmental analyzers, PMs, MOCs, and PSM corrective actions.
- Effectively communicate across site teams, participate in incident investigations, and manage cost targets such as yearly budgets, overtime, contract bids, and change order management.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or chemical engineering (Mechanical engineering degree depending on experience).
- 7+ years of I&E Maintenance experience in the petrochemical industry, refinery industry, or other related industry.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Ability to obtain a TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) card.
- Familiarity with related industry codes and standards including NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, ISA 81, ISA 61511, and NETA.
- Analytical and controls systems experience.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
