Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Rogers Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide therapeutic treatment services to patients and their families in an acute care setting. This role offers retention bonuses of up to $4,000 for fully licensed counselors. The counselor will work with adults or children/adolescents, and will have the opportunity to participate in site committees and develop leadership skills.

**Schedule:**
Monday-Friday, no holidays, no on-call opportunities are available

**Shift Options:**
8am - 4:30pm
10am - 6:30pm

**Job Responsibilities:**
Provide therapeutic treatment services to individuals, groups, and families
Participate in psychoeducational support sessions with patients and families
Document patient progress, treatment status, and discharge summaries

**Additional Requirements:**
Master's Degree in Social Work or related field is required
American Red Cross Professional Rescue certification is required within 30 days of hire
Formal training in the management of the aggressive patient is required within 60 days of hire
