Position Summary: The Mixologist is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service in a high-rise residential community. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of drinks while ensuring a clean and organized bar environment.

• Drink Preparation: Craft and serve beverages according to established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Wine Service: Open and serve wine and champagne bottles with precision.
• Guest Interaction: Attend to guests in the dining area, providing attentive and friendly service.
• Bar Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including tables and tools.
• Garnish Preparation: Prepare fresh garnishes to enhance drink presentation.
• Stock Management: Ensure adequate supplies of ice, glassware, and paper products; restock liquor and other supplies as needed.
• Supply Transport: Move supplies to the bar setup area efficiently.
• Glassware Care: Clean and sanitize glassware to maintain hygiene standards.
• Waste Management: Remove soiled items from the bar and dining area promptly.
• Payment Processing: Handle various payment methods and manage cash transactions accurately.
• End-of-Shift Duties: Count cash and complete cashier reports, addressing any discrepancies.
• Security Protocols: Safeguard all liquor, beer, wine, and storage areas.
• Closing Procedures: Complete all closing tasks efficiently.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to company policies and safety procedures, reporting any incidents to management.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a clean and professional uniform at all times.
• Confidentiality: Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Guest Relations: Greet and acknowledge all guests, addressing their needs with genuine care.

The role is situated in a dynamic, high-rise residential setting, often requiring the handling of cash, alcohol, and food in a fast-paced atmosphere.
