Job SummaryThe Registered Nurse provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization, specifically focused on behavioral health. This role is part of our Adolescent Psych Unit, caring for patients aged 13-18.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in crisis prevention and intervention training to ensure patient safety.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
