About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Addus HomeCare Corporation. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans for clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide routine housekeeping and laundry services to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and ensure they have access to nutritious food.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in in-home care services or a related field.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
