Job Title: Memory Care HHA

LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Memory Care HHA to join our team at The Residence at Boylston Place in Chestnut Hill, MA.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Memory Care HHA to provide high-quality care and support to our residents with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. As a Memory Care HHA, you will be responsible for delivering personalized care and services that promote the dignity, independence, and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  1. Promote a positive and supportive environment that fosters resident engagement and socialization.
  2. Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  3. Provide emotional support and redirection to residents with dementia-related behaviors.
  4. Document resident care and services provided, including incidents, behaviors, and out-of-the-ordinary events.
  5. Participate in in-service training programs and mandatory education requirements.
  6. Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent training/experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
