About the Role

In this dynamic role as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for developing behavioral plans and providing therapy services to our program participants. Your tasks will be diversified, and you will be supporting our mission in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe, identify, analyze, and document behavior challenges
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments
• Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans
• Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual improve
• Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• BCBA Certification required
• Five years of experience working with special populations in behavior management desired

What We Offer:

We provide a full-time schedule, competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $73,000 - $105,000 based on experience, paid time off, holiday pay, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for career development and advancement.
