Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled PET/CT Technologist to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Manteca. As a PET/CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction while producing high-quality diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for patient safety, including pre-screening for contraindications and radiation safety regulations.
  • Produces high-quality diagnostic images using PET/CT scanners.
  • Effectively communicates with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Troubleshoots scanner and peripheral equipment issues.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Associate's Degree.
  • Certification in Nuclear Medicine by the NMTCB or ARRT (N) required.
  • AHA BLS certification required.
  • 1-2 years of PET imaging experience or 1-2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine procedures and studies preferred.
