Job Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities. Your duties will include:

  • Providing nursing care in accordance with care plans and resident needs.
  • Checking vital signs and reporting any concerns or emergencies to the broader nursing team.
  • Observing residents' conditions and alerting supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies.
  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Performing tasks to maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
Qualifications and Skills

To be successful as a Certified Nursing Assistant with IntelyCare, you will need:

  • A current New Jersey Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • An understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology.
  • Effective organization skills and the ability to communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members.
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
