Chandler Concrete Co., Inc. is actively seeking to hire skilled Mixer Truck Operators with a valid Class A or B CDL (Commercial Driver's License). The primary responsibility includes loading, transporting, and unloading ready mix concrete from the batch plant to various job sites while adhering to established safety, service, and quality standards.
Qualifications:- Must possess a current and valid VA Driver's License.
- Individuals should hold a valid CDL license, either Class A or B.
- A safe and satisfactory driving record is essential, with no chargeable or preventable accidents in the last three years preferred.
- A satisfactory criminal background check is required, with no felony convictions in the past ten years.
- Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred.
- Stable employment history is necessary, with no more than three jobs in the last five years or five jobs in the last ten years.
- A current and valid DOT Physical is preferred, with no restrictions.
- All candidates must agree to undergo a pre-employment drug screening.
- Flexibility in working hours is required.
