About Us

Our comprehensive approach involves designing personalized plans, teaching clients and their support networks, and promoting sustainable outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive plans to address the immediate and long-term needs of clients.
- Collaborate with clients and their support networks to promote stability and positive outcomes.
- Provide prevention, acute, and chronic crisis support, as well as training and skill development.
- Integrate services with Regional Centers and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Sociology, or related fields.
- Experience in the human services field, with a focus on working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- California Driver's license in good standing and insurance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced crisis response environment.
