We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients\u0027 homes. As a member of our team, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient\u0027s condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements:
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
