Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Environmental Engineer Intern to join our team for the summer of 2025. This internship will provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as hands-on experience in environmental engineering.
Key Responsibilities- Work effectively with maintenance, quality, and other cross-functional teams to meet daily/annual performance goals and continuous improvement efforts.
- Monitor short- and long-term facility needs to ensure succession requirements are met and employees are afforded opportunities for development and career growth.
- Facilitate process and team improvements identification and implementation.
- Develop and implement sustainable practices within the organization.
- A willingness to work in an industrial plant environment (Monday-Friday on day shift).
- The ability to interact professionally with external partners, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Success in working with others to meet a common objective.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn other software systems.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited four-year college or university.
- US citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work for Michelin on an ongoing, indefinite basis.
