- Execute opening and closing duties for the clinic.
- Greet patients warmly and verify their appointment details.
- Scan and upload documents into the electronic health record system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the waiting area and reception desk.
- Monitor appointment schedules for any changes throughout the day.
- Schedule follow-up appointments as necessary.
- Respond to tasks assigned in the electronic health record system.
- Order and manage clinic office supplies.
- Sell and track cosmetic products offered by the clinic.
- Handle incoming mail and prepare for the next day's appointments.
Qualifications
Education
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Skills and Abilities
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a medical office or similar role.
- Proficient in basic computer operations.
- Quick learner of new software applications.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment effectively.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute is preferred.
- Attention to detail is essential.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- Open to constructive feedback and direction from supervisors.
- Professional appearance and demeanor are expected at all times.
- Must exhibit a friendly, tactful, and compassionate attitude towards patients.
