Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with the utmost luxury service standards.
• Prepare and serve beverages according to established pour specifications.
• Provide detailed descriptions of menu items, preparation methods, and allergy information.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Encourage food and beverage sales in a respectful manner while adhering to service standards.
• Complete pre- and post-shift tasks, including stocking service stations and setting tables appropriately.
• Assist in hosting or back waiting duties as required.
• Maintain valid alcohol serving certification.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
• Present a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
• Follow directives from management and supervisors for additional tasks as assigned.
