Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary package that includes an estimated $426,000/year (or $35,500/month) with a $20,000 sign-on bonus. After one year, the salary increases to $480,000/year, and after two years, you can progress to partner status. Additionally, we provide a $3,000/year CME stipend and 10 weeks of vacation per year, increasing to 12 weeks after two years.
Job DescriptionThis is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Radiologist to join our team as a General Diagnostic Radiologist. You will work at a 107-bed acute care hospital in the Imperial Valley, approximately 2 hours east of San Diego, CA. Your primary responsibilities will include reading diagnostic images, interpreting studies, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
We are open to tele-radiology coverage for full-time positions. Weekend call will average every 5th or 6th weekend, with post-call days on Mondays. You have the option to supplement your income through paid internal 'moonlighting' ($4,500/weekend).
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must be board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Radiology. A valid California medical license is also required.
