Position Overview:

We are looking for a meticulous and seasoned Quality Assurance Inspector to become a vital part of our dynamic manufacturing workforce. In this role, you will be instrumental in upholding the superior standards of our products.

Your sharp attention to detail, dedication to excellence, and proficiency in quality assurance will guarantee that our products not only meet but surpass customer expectations.

Your responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections, maintaining precise documentation, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

This is a permanent, full-time role requiring a minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive and detailed records of inspection outcomes, noting any deviations or irregularities.
  • Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve potential quality concerns.
  • Implement and oversee the 5S system for enhanced organizational efficiency, standardization, and waste reduction.
  • Perform metallurgical testing and analysis to confirm product adherence to specifications.
  • Engage in quality assurance audits and ensure the execution of corrective measures as necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Document Control department to guarantee all quality control documents are current and accurately maintained.
  • Assist in developing and implementing quality control training programs for the production team.
  • Stay informed about the latest industry standards, trends, and regulations related to quality control.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector in the manufacturing field.
  • Demonstrated experience with Document Control, Quality Assurance, 5S, and Metallurgical testing and analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to identify and address quality issues.
  • Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations in the manufacturing sector.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing quality inspection tools and equipment.
  • A relevant degree or certification in Quality Control, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting heavy items and working in various environmental conditions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.
