Job Summary

The Operations Management Intern will assist with day-to-day operations, projects, and research to drive cost savings and revenue opportunities. This role will provide hands-on experience in operations management, data analysis, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop work teams to exhibit positive attitudes, personal accountability, and superior manufacturing quality.
  • Assist in leading safety, quality, delivery, and cost initiatives, and encourage empowerment and ITW principles.
  • Maintain and improve the manufacturing environment to respond to changing customer needs and demands.
  • Support teams in utilizing all available resources and facilitate effective teamwork dynamics.
  • Participate in committees and teams as required, and support team safety awareness.
Requirements
  • At least Sophomore year of college majoring in Business or Operations.
  • Possess strong leadership, data analytics, organizational, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills.
  • Self-directed, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
