Order Taker

As a Guest Service Representative, you will record guest food and beverage in-room dining orders and offer menu suggestions. This role has continuous communication with the in-room dining servers on amenity coordination and all deliveries. You will process forms of payment for goods and services to include room charges, credit card, and cash. The interaction between you and our guests can determine the overall satisfaction of the in-room dining experience.
