About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with guests, building relationships and promoting our products and services.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait times, maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and services, sharing this information with guests to enhance their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure a positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Basic math skills, with the ability to handle cash and operate a cash register.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 44 pounds, and move merchandise efficiently and safely.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
