Responsibilities

As a Medication Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering or assisting with self-administration of medication and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
  • Observing and reporting responses to your supervisor
  • Maintaining the medication supply room and assisting with medication cart audits
  • Communicating with pharmacies to coordinate medication delivery
