Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Event Installer/Driver to join our team at Quest Events. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and safe transportation of equipment, and providing support to our event teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate company vehicles, including box trucks and vans, to transport equipment and personnel to event venues
  • Load and unload equipment, safely and efficiently, at event venues and the warehouse
  • Set and strike drape, furniture, and hardware at event venues, working collaboratively with our installation teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Work closely with our General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure seamless execution of events
Requirements
  • Prior customer service-related job experience preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 62 pounds and work at heights, as required
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
