Position Title: Finance Administrative Assistant
Compensation: $20-22/hour
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with invoicing and collections processes
- Support the closing activities at month-end and year-end
- Manage the distribution and processing of incoming correspondence for the team
- Generate weekly reports for the accounting department
- Provide administrative assistance to the entire department
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of experience in an accounting office environment
- Proficient in computer and data entry skills
