Position Title: Finance Administrative Assistant

Compensation: $20-22/hour

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams with invoicing and collections processes
  • Support the closing activities at month-end and year-end
  • Manage the distribution and processing of incoming correspondence for the team
  • Generate weekly reports for the accounting department
  • Provide administrative assistance to the entire department

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in an accounting office environment
  • Proficient in computer and data entry skills
