Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Endoscopy Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Endoscopy department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Endoscopy procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities- Perform assessment and data collection to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide technical assistance during Endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate records, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and efficient department operations.
- Active RN license and current BLS certification.
- At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Endoscopy setting.
- Strong knowledge of Endoscopy procedures, pharmacodynamics, and conscious sedation anesthesia.
