Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Walgreens. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

• Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Process prescriptions, including verifying patient information and medication orders.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient information and medication dispensing.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking of medications and supplies.
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PTCB certification or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
