Overview

Compensation & Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000, depending on location and experience. Additionally, Zaxby's offers:

Job Description

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing team members to ensure seamless daily operations
  • Ensuring food quality and safety standards are consistently met
  • Providing outstanding guest experiences through effective conflict resolution and problem-solving
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Collaborating with management to develop and implement goals and strategies

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities, organizational skills, and the ability to interact cooperatively with others
  • Have previous experience in a similar role or industry (leadership experience preferred)

Essential Functions

The following capabilities are required to perform the essential functions of this position:

  • Sit, stand, and walk continuously
  • Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including the use of ladders
  • Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds, including lifting overhead
  • Continuous use of hands and wrists for grasping and fine manipulation
  • Communicate proficiently through speech, reading, and writing
  • Maintain effective audio-visual discrimination and perception to observe and respond to the environment
