About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Program Facilitator to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading engaging and interactive sports programs for students in grades K-8.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality sports programs that promote physical activity, social-emotional learning, and academic achievement.
  • Manage groups of up to 20 students with minimal assistance, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement program curriculum, ensuring alignment with Elevo's mission and values.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a positive and supportive program experience.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program evaluations, ensuring continuous improvement and quality assurance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in education, coaching, child development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sports and physical activity programming for children.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
