Director of Long-Term Care Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Nursing to join our team at Whitehall SNF, LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Salary:
$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage nursing staff: Oversee the daily activities of our nursing team, ensuring that they are providing high-quality care to our residents.
- Develop and implement care plans: Work with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct quality assurance audits: Regularly conduct audits to ensure that our nursing practices meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Mentor and train staff: Provide ongoing training and mentorship to our nursing staff, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
- Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with our medical director, social workers, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Requirements:
- Current state license: Must hold a current state license as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical/vocational nurse (LPN/LVN).
- Certification in nursing specialty: Certification in a relevant nursing specialty is preferred but not required.
- CPR certification: Must hold current CPR certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing, with a focus on management or supervision.
