Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and provide medical treatment as prescribed by physicians
- Work effectively with multiple staff teams and functions, adapting to various documentation requirements and platforms
- Provide care in multiple program types and populations, including those with unique licensing requirements
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid and current LVN or LPT license in good standing with the board
- Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver
- Experience providing care in multiple program types and populations
- Demonstrated knowledge of program types, licensing, and documentation requirements
- Competitive salary range: $29.67-$43.66
