We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team at the Terraces of Boise, a HumanGood community. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety and well-being, and promoting a positive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Idaho.
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior nursing experience in senior care preferred.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $30-$38, depending on experience.
- A $3,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time LPNs.
