Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Work collaboratively with a team of neonatologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based clinical guidelines
- The NICU consists of 8 Level-II beds and 8 Level-III beds
- Average of 2,200 annual births with 375 NICU admissions and a daily census of 8
- Strong developmental follow-up program along with full pediatric sub-specialty support
