Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality primary care services to employees, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement effective health management strategies to prevent illness and promote wellness among employees.
- Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, guidelines, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on Family Practice or Primary Care.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Family Practice or Primary Care environment.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the practice state.
- Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations.
- Current Certification in Basic Life Support for medical providers.
- Ability to write prescriptions under the authority of the Collaborative Physician in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Thorough knowledge and adherence to HIPAA, OSHAA, and clinical quality standards.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and work flow management skills.
- Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
- Ability to develop a thorough understanding of the Mission, Vision, Values, and Patient Promise of Proactive MD and champion them in each patient encounter.
