Agile Project Facilitator
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product stakeholders, development teams, and system architects to capture requirements in Jira, encompassing Epics and Tasks, while promoting the Scrum methodology across the broader team. Proactively identify and resolve potential or existing obstacles to team productivity, including cultural and logistical challenges. Evaluate business workflows and partner with the project team to enhance and optimize processes. Work closely with product stakeholders to assist in both immediate and strategic release planning, ensuring a well-maintained and prioritized backlog ready for execution. Facilitate quality assurance and requirements validation by engaging with various stakeholders to understand their needs and providing insights during stakeholder discussions and requirements collection. Conduct regular Agile ceremonies to foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation, including team scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and user demonstrations.
Essential Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a technology-driven professional setting
- 2+ years of experience as a Requirements Analyst or Scrum Master within an Agile framework
- Proficiency in requirements management tools, such as Jira, GitLab, and Bitbucket
- Experience supporting Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and phases
- Familiarity with requirements management methodologies
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both management and non-technical audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
- Possession of a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a Technology-related field
- IC Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with requirements traceability matrices
- Strong problem-solving abilities to provide technical support to IT development teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree
- Certifications such as Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC
Clearance Requirements:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.
