We are seeking a highly motivated Shift Lead to join our team in Southern California. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of photographers and ensuring that every Picture Day is seamless, fun, and memorable.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for guiding your team, maintaining an efficient workflow, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the Day: Lead your team and ensure everyone stays on schedule, meets deadlines, and takes required breaks.
  • Be the Face of the Brand: Greet clients (school personnel), build positive relationships with teachers and students, and ensure every Picture Day reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Keep Things Moving: Maintain an efficient workflow to ensure the Picture Day schedule runs on time and meets client expectations.
  • Coach and Support: Provide guidance, troubleshooting, and hands-on assistance to photographers, ensuring your team is equipped for success.
  • Handle the Logistics: Safely operate company vehicles, transport equipment, and ensure everything is set up and ready to go for each event.

Requirements:

  • Pass a Live Scan background check and qualify for auto insurance coverage with a clean driving record.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license as operating company vehicles on public roads will be an essential function of the role.
  • Availability to travel and work in indoor and outdoor settings.
  • Commitment to maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
