Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Server Assistant - Front of House to join our Red Lobster team. As a Server Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up stations, refilling drinks, running hot food to guests, and providing support to servers.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all stations are set up correctly before the start of each shift.
  • Refill drinks and pre-bus tables as needed.
  • Run hot food to guests when ready.
  • Communicate table readiness to servers and provide support as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, including clearing dishes from tables, resetting tables, and cleaning seats and floors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and guests.
