We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team at YCS, a leading behavioral health and social services agency. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative direction and support to the daily operational activities of the IT department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the IT Manager, overseeing the Helpdesk and Data Backup operations.
- Manage a small team of IT Technicians, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.
- Prioritize and manage work tickets to ensure timely resolution, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Provide Level 2 technical support as needed, collaborating with team members to resolve complex issues.
- Maintain Active Directory synchronization/replication within acceptable limits, verifying that all domain controllers run with the same service pack and hot fix patches.
- Oversee Active Directory system/group accounts and organizational units, ensuring seamless access and permissions management.
- Manage and maintain the agency's network infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, Email, Citrix, and database servers; UKG Pro, UKG WFD, Cognos, HR e-Recruitment Email servers, and Internet Filtering System Routers, Switches, and Firewalls; Sonicwall, Barracuda LAN and WAN connectivity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with at least five years of system administration experience, Microsoft or Cisco Certification a plus.
- Hands-on expertise in Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Azure AD, Hybrid Exchange, Office 365, Client/Server environments.
- Strong LAN/WAN background and proficiency in administering such environments.
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, life insurance, disability benefits, health and wellness programs, and a 403(b) savings and investment plan.
