Position Purpose

This role provides dedicated customer service and support to our customers, while also assisting the sales team with sales document preparation and data entry. The ideal candidate will be proactive in conducting outbound phone and email campaigns to customers, and will have a strong understanding of how to research accounts and determine pricing, contract information, and lead routing.

Key Job Activities
  • Provides dedicated customer service and support via telephone, email, web, and mail
  • Assists the sales team with sales document preparation and data entry
  • Conducts outbound phone and email campaigns to customers
  • Researches accounts and determines pricing, contract information, and lead routing
  • Provides regular and ad-hoc reporting and assistance to various Sales teams
  • Acts as a subject matter expert, trainer, coach, and key reference contact for new reps
Education and Experience

Preferred Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Two or more years of related work experience in a sales support capacity, with a strong understanding of Salesforce administration, time management, and data analysis.
