Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the manufacturing, picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely production and fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including freezer management and organization.
  • Ensure packing lines are running efficiently and meeting daily requirements, and effectively manage and coach packing and production teams to meet quotas.
  • Review orders for accuracy and completeness before clearing to ship, and maintain a direct line of communication with office personnel.
  • Schedule and staff packing and production teams as needed, and serve as a point of contact in the absence of the warehouse manager.
  • Implement, manage, and improve warehouse daily operations, and maintain punctual production schedules.
Requirements:
  • Must speak fluent English and Spanish.
  • Prior people and team management experience, with a minimum of 2 years of warehouse lead experience.
  • Inventory management experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Production and manufacturing experience, with knowledge of all computers.
