Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Crestwood Center in Milford, NH. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
- One to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits: $48.50 per hour, plus a range of benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
