Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Reliant Rehabilitation. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to optimize patient functional abilities and skills.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical expertise and stay current with industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited school of occupational therapy.
  • Valid state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
