Job Summary:
Thriveworks Counseling is seeking a highly motivated and licensed social worker to join our team as a full-time hybrid clinician. As a clinician-founded national private practice group, we prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and quality care. Our mission is to help people live happy, successful lives, and we believe that our clinicians are the key to achieving this goal.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality counseling services to clients in a full-time hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote)
- Conduct intakes, diagnose, and treat clients with depression and anxiety
- Work independently under the supervision of a licensed clinician
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with the support team for scheduling, billing, and client services
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
- Approved by the board as a Licensed Social Worker
- Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
- Graduate or post-graduate work experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to the DSM under a licensed supervisor
- Full-time availability (30 hours/week)
- Ability to work in the office for the probationary period and then work a hybrid model
- Flexibility in your work schedule
What We Offer:
- FREE group and individual clinical supervision
- A W2 employment model with guaranteed pay, paid orientation, no-show protection, annual pay increases, and additional bonus opportunities
- Flexibility with scheduling (7am-10pm, seven days a week)
- Full clinical caseload typically established within the first days

Compensation:
This is a Fee for Service position, earning potential is $45,000 - $65,000 (could vary based on # of sessions and bonus opportunities). Your recruiter will discuss total compensation during the interview.
