About the RoleThe Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring patient care is coordinated and managed, promoting the use of current clinical best practice standards to achieve high patient satisfaction and superior clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate will serve as an ongoing resource for the clinical care team.
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Promote clinical best practices to improve patient outcomes
- Serve as a resource for the clinical care team
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program strongly preferred
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required
- Valid driver's license and insurable by Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier
The hourly range for this position is $32.50 - $48.75 per hour. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. Competitive pay, sign-on bonuses, various shifts, and career growth opportunities are available.
