About the Job:

  • Work in post-acute care facilities providing quality resident care
  • Responsible for following care plans and monitoring residents' wellbeing
  • Document health concerns and medical history; administer medications
  • Review medical records and maintain stock levels of medical supplies

Your Qualifications:

  • Current LPN license in Massachusetts
  • Completed approved LPN education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 6 months of experience as an LPN or similar role
  • Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
