Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care from the convenience of your own home.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Therapy Sessions: Conduct one-on-one and group therapy sessions, assessing new client histories, and determining appropriate treatment options in consultation with the patient and other mental health professionals.
- Program Development: Consults with the Clinical Director in the development and facilitation of program activities which assures an optimal therapeutic experience for all patients.
- Credentialing Committee: Participates as a member of the credentialing committee.
- Interdisciplinary Team Meetings: Participates in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings including collaboration with psychiatric providers and other organization clinical staff.
- Treatment Planning: Creates individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances.
- Progress Assessment: Conducts and documents ongoing assessment of patient progress in approved platform(s).
- Effectiveness Evaluation: Evaluate and document effectiveness of patient teaching, therapy, interventions and patient responses.
- Additional Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.
- Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
- Licensure: Active licensure in the state of Washington.
- Experience: 2 years or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
- Therapeutic Approaches: Well-grounded in and knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches including, but not limited to, cognitive and behavioral, postmodern/post-structural, social-constructionism, and narrative therapy.
- Client Care: Commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care.
- Professional Development: Open-minded and desire to learn from other professional disciplines and knowledge bases as well as local knowledge of colleagues and families we serve.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive compensation of $100,000 to $105,000 yearly.
- Benefits Package: W2 position with full benefits, including dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, professional development assistance, and vision insurance.
