Dining Area Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Service Assistant to join our team at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of service in our dining areas.

Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants is a unique wine and dine experience that combines an elegant tasting room with a polished casual restaurant and scratch kitchen. Our wines have won hundreds of awards and are the Official Wines of the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a passion for wine. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Greeting guests with hospitality and friendliness
• Actively communicating with all departments within the restaurant to ensure a memorable guest experience
• Adhering to all Cooper's Hawk service standards and food handling procedures
• Picking up and delivering food orders to the table as assigned, as well for carry-out orders
• Engaging with guests, fulfilling requests and answering questions about food, wine, and facilities in a friendly, helpful manner

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 18 years of age
• An individual who thrives in a team-based environment
• A passion for guest service and hospitality-focused
• Ability to read, write and understand English
• Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
• Ability to multi-task and work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
