Job Title: Skilled Tradesperson

Overview: Canyon Restoration Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled tradesperson to join our team. As a general maintenance technician, you will be responsible for performing various tasks across multiple trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general carpentry tasks, such as constructing, installing, and repairing frameworks, structures, and fixtures like doors, windows, cabinets, and shelving.
- Perform minor framing work, drywall installation, patching, and painting, often working alongside specialized carpenters when necessary.
- Address basic plumbing issues, including installing and repairing faucets, toilets, and sinks.
- Troubleshoot minor electrical problems safely and recognize when to escalate to a licensed electrician for more complex jobs.
- Assist with flooring and tiling tasks, including installing and repairing tiles, and handling basic flooring repairs.
- Perform basic HVAC maintenance, such as filter replacement, cleaning, and minor repairs.
- Conduct light exterior repairs, such as gutter cleaning, minor roof repairs, fence mending, and deck maintenance.
- Assist with furniture assembly and moving, especially during renovations or staging.

Requirements:
- Proficiency across multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and general maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of maintenance issues effectively.
- Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks, prioritizing work based on urgency and project timelines.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
