Job Description

**Job Summary:**

Cornerstone Signals & Cyber Technologies LLC is seeking experienced and highly qualified personnel to join our team as a Senior Leader and Pararescue Instructors. These critical roles are essential for the development and training of future Pararescue and Combat Rescue Officers.

**Responsibilities:**

  • **Provide Strategic Oversight:**
    • Develop and implement training strategies, ensuring alignment with Air Force AETC regulations.
    • Coordinate with other military and training entities to enhance program effectiveness.
    • Evaluate training outcomes and continuously improve training methodologies.
  • **Mentor and Guide Junior Instructors:**
    • Mentor and guide junior instructors and staff to achieve training excellence.
  • **Deliver High-Quality Instruction:**
    • Deliver high-quality instruction and training to Pararescue and Combat Rescue Officer candidates.
    • Develop and execute training plans, focusing on practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
    • Assess and evaluate trainee performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

**Qualifications:**

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in Special Operations or related fields.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading high-stakes training operations.
  • Strong understanding of Air Force training regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Additional Requirements:**

  • Knowledge of and compliance with Air Force AETC regulations is mandatory.
  • Ability to travel as required for training exercises, evaluations, and other operational needs.
  • U.S. citizenship and a valid security clearance may be required.
