We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Technician to join our team at Hacienda Ford. As a key member of our body shop team, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing damaged vehicles, disassembling and reassembling vehicles, and repairing scratches, dents, and holes.
Key Responsibilities- Repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards
- De-trim, disassemble and repair vehicles with urgency and attention to detail
- Prepare vehicles for body repair work
- Notify management of any repairs needed and document any additional parts and labor required
- Notify management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed
- Perform proper tool and equipment usage and maintenance
- Cooperate and assist other personnel in repairing and prepping vehicles as needed
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations
- Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors
- Maintain a clean work area
